We are offering trial class now!
You haven’t done any exercises in awhile? No problem! Our experienced and dedicated coaches will support you kick start your fitness journey.
Sign up for your class from the link below.
1) Overview of the Trial Class During the one-hour class, we will explain about our gym and CrossFit, and give you a workout.
2) What you need to bring on the day - Clothes and Shoes for workout - Towel - Drink
3) Others - Trial Fee: 3,300 yen - Changing rooms (lockers, toilets and showers) are available. - Children are welcome. - Free parking is available at the “Times Parking”on the first floor of the gym.
We are taking strict measures in accordance with FIA guidelines (As of 25th May 2020) regarding the outbreak of COVID-19.
・Maintaining a frequent cleaning procedure that focuses on disinfecting all surfaces, floors, and gym equipment. ・Using effective cleaning supplies with antibacterial properties to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. ・Educating all staff members about the importance of good hygiene at the gym and all of us wear a mask.
We are asking all the members to read and keep in mind all the advice below to reduce the spread of COVID-19 at our gym.
・Wash your hands frequently (for at least 20 seconds) using soap and warm water. ・Use hand sanitizing gel if unable to use water and soap. When coughing or sneezing, use your sleeve or a tissue to cover your mouth. ・Don’t touch your face (eyes, mouth, and nose) with unclean hands. ・Try to keep a safe distance from other gym users. ・Familiarize yourself with the latest FIA guidelines. ・Refrain from visiting the gym if you display any of the COVID-19 symptoms.

The methodology of CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level including elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio.
It is for people of all backgrounds, ages, skills, and fitness levels. The coaches can modify the program based upon their goals and fitness level.
